data-jw-element-id=\"131173108\">\n<div class=\"jw-element-imagetext-text\">\n<p>Een veeleisende job, een gezin, een vriendenkring, nog een aantal hobby\u2019s\u2026 We ervaren met zijn allen veel meer stress dan vroeger. De coronacrisis heeft nog een flinke portie druk toegevoegd. We hadden dan wel meer tijd om aan onszelf te denken en nieuwe passies te ontdekken, maar toch zijn we onrustig en voelen we ons ontwricht.<\/p>\n<p>Voor (hoog)gevoelige en introverte mensen was het een ware verademing om lekker thuis te zitten\/werken en amper sociale verplichtingen te hebben. Weg overprikkeling! Intussen moeten we weer verder en is het niet voor iedereen even makkelijk om het dagdagelijkse leven weer op te pikken. Sommigen willen het ook niet meer en voelen de nood om dichter bij zichzelf te komen en andere keuzes te maken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"jw-element-131173118\" class=\"jw-tree-node jw-element jw-image-text jw-node-is-last-child\" data-jw-element-id=\"131173118\">\n<div class=\"jw-element-imagetext-text\">\n<p>Vele zielen zijn ontwaakt en voelen de drang om verdere stappen te zetten. Dat kan gaan van andere professionele keuzes en veranderingen in relaties tot de zin om nieuwe sprongen te wagen. Maar wacht even\u2026 je fysieke lichaam en je verstand zijn nog niet mee.\u00a0<strong>Je rationele ik neemt het over en je begint te twijfelen.<\/strong>\u00a0Ga ik wel de juiste keuzes maken? Ben ik er wel klaar voor? Wat als ik de verkeerde stap zet? En dat \u201cover\u201ddenken zorgt op zijn beurt ook weer voor stress en spanning.<\/p>\n<p>Voel jij je alsof je verloren gelopen bent? Weet je niet goed hoe je moet omgaan met verandering? Zit je met jezelf in de knoop? In mijn praktijk begeleid ik dagelijks mensen die voor keuzes staan en de gekende gevoelens van angst en twijfel ervaren. Bekijk dus zeker eens ons\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vajracoaching.be\/aanbod\" data-jwlink-type=\"page\" data-jwlink-identifier=\"4188021\" data-jwlink-title=\"Aanbod\">aanbod<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0als jij je ook wil laten begeleiden. Voor nu volgen hier alvast\u00a0<strong>8 natuurlijke een eenvoudige tips<\/strong>\u00a0om minder stress te ervaren en je beter te voelen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Geef complimentjes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vind je het moeilijk om iets liefs te zeggen tegen een ander? Of voelt het alsof jij altijd maar het beste van jezelf geeft en er niet veel voor terugkrijgt? Trek het je niet langer aan. Daag jezelf uit en geef eens wat vaker een gemeend complimentje. Hoe klein ook, je voelt je achteraf zelf beter en gelukkiger. En dat is wat telt.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Doe jezelf lachen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ook al voelt het soms zwaar, zoek naar momenten waarop je goed kan lachen. Lees een grappig boek, kijk een\u00a0<em>comedy<\/em>\u00a0op Netflix of ga om met mensen die positief en humoristisch in het leven staan. Lachen stimuleert je gelukshormoon, wat te hoge waardes van je stresshormoon doet dalen.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Ga de natuur in<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Deze tip is erg bekend. Maar om de natuur echt stressverlagend te laten werken, is het aangeraden je terug te trekken in een stukje natuur waar je even alleen kan zijn. Zoek contact met de aarde door op blote voeten door het frisse gras te lopen. Adem diep in en uit en voel je leeglopen.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Zoek fysiek contact<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Fysieke aanrakingen hebben steeds een helend effect. Breng jezelf tot rust door iemand te knuffelen of maak zelf contact met je huid aan de hand van de MIR-methode. Heb je huisdieren? Ook zij kunnen vaak knuffelen en troosten als de beste!<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Laat je inspireren<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Voel je je onbegrepen in je situatie en denk je dat je de enige bent die zich voelt zoals jij je nu voelt? Praat met mensen die je door eigen ervaring begrijpen en waarmee je diepgaande gesprekken kan voeren. Luister naar hoe zij met situaties omgaan en haal er inspiratie uit voor jezelf. Als je niet de behoefte voelt om te praten, kan je ook een inspirerend boek lezen of online informatie inwinnen.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Vier kleine successen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Wil je snel vooruitgaan en ben je ongeduldig? Voelt het alsof alles zo lang duurt en je nooit echt komt dat wat je wil bereiken? Ga voor jezelf na welke stappen je al gezet hebt en wees trots op je vooruitgang. Zet jezelf niet onder druk maar vind net rust in het proces.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Schrijf je gevoelens op<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Als je graag schrijft, is deze oefening iets voor jou. Neem dagelijks 10 minuten de tijd om op te schrijven hoe je je voelt. Als je niet weet wat te schrijven, kan je dat ook opschrijven. Beschouw het als luidop denken. Laat je pen over het papier gaan en voel hoe je achteraf rustiger bent. Lees nog eens wat je allemaal neerpende, want de beste inzichten zitten soms in wat je schijnbaar onbewust opschreef.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"jw-strip
